Our Free Conference Recording Service for qualifying organizations can provide your members, customers and attendees, with quality, reasonably priced, and user friendly recordings of your seminars and conferences, empowering them to study and review your timely and important information at their own pace and convenience.

From simple "one-meeting-room" conferences and seminars to "multi-concurrent-session conventions", our on-site recording programs provide the tools your members and attendees need to review and study at their own pace the current and vital information necessary to increase their skills and strengthen your organization.

These programs are tailored to meet your conferences' specific needs. They can also provide a profit center for your organization and give your sponsors and exhibitors the opportunity to present their latest research and information to your membership.

Most popular is our MP3 CD-ROM program. All of the important sessions of your conference or seminar are digitally recorded and authored onto a convenient and compact MP3 CD-ROM. The CD-ROMs can also contain accompanying PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and other graphics provided by you or your presenters to further enhance the audio.

VIDEOS of selected sessions can be made available as well on DVD-Video (mastered to play in any or all regions as you request) and VHS formats, including VHS-PAL for your members overseas who don’t yet have DVD playback capability. And utilizing the latest digital mastering technology, for some qualifying conferences, standard audio CDs and audiocassettes can also be made available for selected sessions.

We also offer you the option of handling the distribution of the duplicated recordings yourself, or letting our in house and web based order processing department fulfill your members’ orders year round.
